This also applies to bad test result for Vacuum Leak test
Follow tubes, look for possible breaks that can cause leaks.

Start a program with vacuum
When vacuum level reaches top (1-2 minutes) start observing the vacuum value.
Test 1: Push the table with your hand, if the problem is here clean more or change rubber
Test 2: If you have recently changed the heater or did any work on inside the chamber, open it again, clean it, when vacuum starts, apply force with your hand and push it. Tighten it.
If there is a problem reaching the top vacuum level, also check with a different known vacuum pump to see if the problem is with the vacuum pump.
Problem: When the furnace is turned on, the lift doesn’t move
Determine the cause
- Check if motor is bad ( IF furnace shuts down by itself, remove motor connector and turn furnace on)
- Check if controller is bad.
Best way is to replace the controller card and fix the card later. These two relays are for motor. If the lift is stuck and the motor is drawing too much electric, the relays can jam.
First make sure the noise is not from the SSR.
1. Electricty low?
2. Make it tighter?
3. Let in place, do not remove connections, only open top, clean.
4. If it’s too dirty inside, remove from place and clean.
Check Voltage First
This can happen when the voltage is low. Both SSR and Valves will make nosie if the voltage is not strong enough to pull and keep the inner shuttle of the valve.
The valves can make a noise when vacuum is on. They also make noise when the vacuum is off in intermittent run while there is vacuum in the chamber and the valves are holding the chamber vacuum.
Possible problems and solutions.
- The valve is not tight.
Try to tighthen the top bolt if it is loose.
- The valve got dirty inside.
You must open and clean the inside of the valve. Do not remove the valve from its connections and locations. Only open the top.
- The Valve is clogged inside
If there is visible residue in the valve, like muddy/liquid formation, then you must remove the valve and clean it, and if necessary replace it.
Use an ear pick/cleaner (plastic stick with cotton on tops) Spray the cotton with WD-40 or cellulosic thinner.
Gently clean the tip of the shuttle and its counterpart.
If replacement is necessary, always check voltage first before replacements. Some furnace versions have 24 Volts valves, most recent furnaces have 220 Volts valves.
How to avoid problems
If this problem repeats, check the customer location. Dirt and dust will harm the pump and valves.
There are many harmful materials used in porcelain work, like baby oil, for example. Advise customer to use a pre-heating oven and dry all work.
This can increase valve, pump, heater life span from 2 years to 10 years. (That is + %500)
Stop the program if it is running!
1. To calibrate you need to press your finger on the logo image on the left corner of the touchscreen. Keep pressing for 10 seconds till opens an adjustment page with an orange background.
2. Press VACUUM CALIBRATION button in the middle at the bottom.
3. Now you have the SETTING page for vacuum. Press VAKUM ON and wait 5 minutes until vacuum rises around 600-800 mmHg
4. After the vacuum has worked for a while, enter 980 below and press VAKUM SET. The vacuum is now calibrated. Press the X symbol on the top right corner to come back to the home page.

1. Check the pump cable plug if it fits in the socket properly
2. Connect power cable directly to pump cable to check if the pump works
3.See if the O ring seats in the place accurately. Press the ring evenly as you put it on the table upside down. It is a good idea to use some baby powder if the ring is sticky.
4. Activate the lift upward using the arrow on the screen. Make sure that the plate closes tight when lifted. If the vacuum pump doesn’t start, push the plate upward slightly with your fingers to activate the lift switch and the pump. When the lift closed the furnace spring system must work for an accurate touch of surfaces to prevent the vacuum leak. Lift adjustment may be necessary!.
5. Start a program to check if the vacuum is rising on the green bar. You must get 200 mm at least. If not, vacuum calibration is necessary.
Heat Sensor Installation Procedures
1. Open the rear cover
2. Loosen the screws of the sensor on the connector
3. Remove the old sensor assuring not to move the outer protective tube
4. Place the new sensor
5. Fix the sensor to the connector
6. Pay attention not to allow any touch between two ends
7. Change the polarity (switch cable sides) when there is wrong temperature reading on the display. (Counting down when the heat goes up or other weird temperature readings)
1. Open the top cover
2. Remove the old sensor and connector
3. Open the back cover
4. Place the new sensor cable and shorten it if necessary
5. Drill two holes on the isolation box for the new connector as shown in the drawing
6. Insert the outer large tube in the upper hole leaving 3 mm outside the box.
7. Fix it to the box using a dental agent such as Wirovest or similar
8. Fix the sensor to the connector first
9. Then fix them together on the box and connect the cable
10. Change the polarity if necessary when a wrong temperature reading.(Counting down when the heat goes up or other weird temperature readings)
If there are problems with the lift like shaking, noise etc, you can disassemble the lift and clean the interior. You can also calibrate the wheel bearings to make the lift tighter or looser.

Error Message: Sensor can not be found. Check the cabling and sensor. The sensor may be broken.
The main controller has problems detecting signals from the sensor. There is something wrong with the cable from the controller to the sensor or the sensor itself.
- Check the heating chamber. Look upside to see the sensor. If it looks broken, you must change it.
- Check the cables going from the controller to the sensor.
